I have not yet received an order confirmation from RoasterCupUpdated a year ago

As soon as you place an order via RoasterCup , you will receive an order confirmation by email from us. 

Possible causes for non-receipt of the confirmation could be : 

Spam folder

E-mails may end up in the spam folder. To avoid this in the future, you can mark us as the sender in your e-mail inbox. 

Using an incorrect or different e-mail address

It happens even to the best! 

Order process not completed correctly

This can happen, for example, if there were payment problems due to a missed deadline or cancellation. If you have not received a transaction confirmation from the payment service provider in this case, you will have to place the order again. If you have received a transaction confirmation from the payment service provider, please contact our customer service department.
